how did you get this shape? were the blueberries frozen in a bowl, then you poured in the coconut milk and flipped it over?

if they are frozen solid enough they do it on their own; pour coconut milk over them, spend a little time spooning the excess over the top and this just happens. it is really fun to spoon the excess and let the ice shell develop.

i’ve seen this happen with cream and blueberries, but never in this lovely dome shape with no evident drips. well done.
