instead of accepting a friend’s invite to go out this day, i stayed home to nurse a cold, clean my apartment, and make dough for kabocha cinnamon rolls. we lost that friend 2 nights later. looking at this dough is hard.

me too. this is a heartache synchronicity–poignant, time passing, fleeting, could be your last chance. a little blown away by these being on the same day.
