timeless truth
traditional japanese paper craft
My eyes are so perplexed by this issue. It looks like clay, or fabric. Help! What’s going on?
Amazing colors.
it’s so simple, that’s what i love. nothing more than cut cheap tissue paper hung over a cupboard with checkerboard contact paper on it.
wait a minute… are the checkers distorted like that on the cupboard, or is that because of the paper?
it’s the paper.
ha! i still can’t figure out the checkers part, but my eyes just finally adjusted to it and now i see the depth of the tissue and understand more of it. i love this picture. it’s so beautiful and challenging!
awesome!
