kwin gets credit for this. it is just gelatine; replaced mint tea and honey for the juice in the recipe on a Knox carton, thus:
4 envelopes unflavored gelatine
honey to taste
1 c. cold mint tea
3 c. mint tea heated to boiling
Sprinkly gelatine over cold tea in large bowl; let stand 1 minute. Add hot tea and stir until gelatine completely dissolves, about 5 minutes.
